Aletheia (2009)

My most honest and darkest album, Aletheia was written and recorded in my studio during the break up of my marriage. It is a headphones album, 17 songs clocking in at almost an hour and a half. It is a roller coaster ride of emotions, some of my darkest material. But it was therapy for me, gave me solace, and contains some of the best music I have ever written.

Multi-talented musician James Kinne practices his own form of personal therapy.

To say that Kinne is perhaps the biggest holistic musical talent in the Mad River Valley – as an instrumentalist, a writer, a vocalist, and a producer with some remarkable ears - is probably a bald understatement (and I speak from personal experience, having performed with him for several years now.)

Simply put, Kinne makes music. Damn fine music. From soup to nuts.
